The website provides access to a number of services that may be used in accordance with these terms. The services include the ability to buy the Easy Roadster products.
Easyroadster.com is a web site for promoting and offering products made for automobiles such as wind deflectors and accessories for purchase online. It may also offer other products or information.

Personal data provided to us through this website will only be used in accordance with our privacy policy. By providing your personal data to us you are consenting to its use in accordance with our privacy policy.

*WE DO NOT COLLECT OR STORE ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION.* We use Paypal to process your financial information securely where you will be directed to PayPal secure site and it cannot be stored in our system.
We only collect the data that you send us such as the address for delivery and your Email, we do not share this data with anyone. We hold records of items that you have purchased and Email correspondence.
Services/Products
Once you have placed an order for any goods or services via easyroadster.com the order will be treated as having been accepted until you receive confirmation from us that this is the case. This confirmation may be by email or post.
We may, at our sole discretion, refund all or a proportion of the payment made in respect of the order concerned but reserve the right to charge in full as if the products had been dispatched. To maintain continuity of service we reserve the right to use alternative materials in production, to those stated on the website.
Coupons may be published as part of a promotion. Coupons may provide a free item, service or a discount on part of an order. Coupons can only be used for online orders placed through this website. A maximum of one coupon can be specified per order. Unless otherwise specified, postage and packing charges will still apply to orders subject to a coupon. Further conditions may apply and if so will be published with the relevant coupon.
We will use our reasonable endeavours to reply promptly to all correspondence. Such reply may be by email or by post.
Questions or complaints
Complaints or claims must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt of goods, or in the case of non-delivery, in a reasonable time after the goods were expected to arrive. See our returns policy below.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event of a concern with the product on receipt, it must be brought to our attention within 30 days. If a product is delivered to you damaged on arrival please reject the delivery with the courier driver. We will then produce the order again and dispatch this out to you as soon as possible. In the event that a product is damaged on arrival and signed for we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the package and supplied photographic evidence of the damage in order for us to accept and complete a damage report to the couriers on question.
Products available at Easyroadster.com® are returnable, provided they are returned with all original packaging and parts in unused condition. To initiate a return, a return request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product you may either call us by phone or send an email. Items returned without a return request are not eligible for refund or exchange.

We will provide you with authorization and instructions on returning the package. Buyers pay for return unless its manufacturer defect or error.
Authorized items must be returned with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition. Items not returned in the above condition will fail inspection and you wont be eligible for a refund. Easy Roadster® will not compensate for damages incurred during product installation or use.

Processing of orders
Easy Roadster will process all orders through our website within a period of 1-3 business days and customer will be informed in writing or e-mail of the estimated shipping date. Custom designed engraving orders may take up to 7-10 days or sooner.
The customer will be informed within 1 business day of the order, In the event of non-availability of the product.
Delivery
If the ordered product is in stock, Easy Roadster® will ship them within 1-3 working days of receipt of order, with advance written confirmation of the order.
If the delivery process fails by the customers mutual responsibilities to complete to take delivery of the goods, Easy Roadster is entitled to claim compensation for any costs incurred. The supplier reserves all rights. Provided the aforementioned conditions are fulfilled, the customer carries the risk of coincidental loss or damage of the goods at the time of failure to fulfill his acceptance responsibilities.
The customer maintains his/her legal rights.
Shipping
Easy Roadster offers free shipping within the USA. International pricing is based on country location and is added to each order. We use USPS for orders inside of the USA and International orders Easy Roadster is not responsible of fees associated with International shipments such as the foreign countries custom tax and regulations.
The international shipping charges will be added to the payment on the check out page.
Changes, Additions, Limitations to the Order
Customer inquiries relating to changes, additions or limitations to orders already placed will be answered by Easy Roadster as soon as possible. If the customer requests changes, additions or limitations to products planned for delivery at least 5 working days before the scheduled dispatch of the goods, Easy Roadster will take such requests under consideration as far as possible.
Warranty
We offer Lifetime Warranty for Wind Deflectors due to the high quality materials and superior craftsmanship.
Acrylic by nature never fades, cracks nor peels over time. Only may have minor hardly visible to the human eye scratches that may occur during time which also repairable with some products by polishing mentioned in user guide.
Easy Roadster® does not give warranty if such cleaners are used for care and protection as any product containing alcohol or windex. These products have bizarre effects on acrylic that has been treated by heat. They will cause “crazing” of the glass which cannot be repaired. Always use soap and water with soft cloths or the products we advise in user guide.
In the case of experiencing a problem, please inform Easy Roadster® as soon as possible. Contributory negligence of the customer will be assigned proportionally. Liability for malicious intent, guarantee, guile, and for personal injury, as well as statutory product liability is not affected in the case of negligence.
Easy Roadster® does not warrant against damage may occur during installation such as over-tightening of installation screws that cause fractures to the original coat hooks which is very unlikely to happen, or scratches during installation or un-installation. We may offer compensation based on individual cases but Easy Roadster will not be obligated to offer replacement or compensation if damage occurs due to customer negligence.
Illumination kits; LED strips and wiring have life time warranty by Easy Roadster®.

Intellectual Property
Products purchased from easyroadster.com are protected by trademark, copyright and where as patented or in patent pending process. It is illegal and against the law to reproduce, rebrand or distribute our products.
Easy Roadster® would not hesitate to take any required action to protect its rights at any excess.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms (and the provision of goods and services by us) are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with the law of the United States of America. In the event of any dispute arising in relation of these terms or in relation to the provision of any goods and services by us the courts of the United States of America will have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.
